First, I would like to say Happy Thanksgiving to ALL of my readers, but on this day for many in the DMV (and I know other cities) it’s a difficult day because we lost #21 Sean Taylor from The Washington Redskins. Sean was an amazing player and was only 24 when he was shot and killed in his home after intruders came in. He died trying to protect his family, as his fiancee and baby girl were sleeping. So on this day, please give thanks to your FAMILY. I know it’s rough out there for a lot of people, but when you look to your right or left, it could always be worse. Be greatful for what you have. Own it, become it and love it. Sean and I were actually born in the same year and I was about to turn 24 Dec 6th so his death hit me pretty hard. I mean, your just in your prime at that time and that young man was taken away from his family. Life is beautiful. So this Thanksgiving as I’m with my family, all of my cousins running around..crying, yelling, playing, running I am going to ENJOY IT! I wouldn’t trade it for anything! Be Blessed everyone.
